The Stage One Dance Program will provide professional dance instruction in Jazz, Hip Hop and Cheerleading.  The students will learn technique, choreography and terminology while exercising and having fun with their friends.  

The Dance Program will consist of two full time instructors.  They are both excellent teachers with professional backgrounds.  Please refer to the Stage One Staff page for photo and bios.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR / INSTRUCTOR: ROBYN MELANSON
Robyn is the owner of Stage One Dance Studio and the mother of Kaila Melanson, 3rd grader at Mariners Elementary School.

INSTRUCTOR: TARAH GARCIA

INSTRUCTOR: JEREMY WASHINGTON
Jeremy is an Instructor at Stage One Dance Studio

DANCE ATTIRE: In order to dance and stretch properly we recommend leggings, bike shorts, shorts, skorts, sweats (no jeans or tight pants), t-shirts, leotards, jazz shoes or tennis shoe. Hair should be pulled back into a ponytail. 

The Mariners/Stage One Dance Program will be on a first come first serve basis.  Each program (Kindergarten and Grades 1-6) will enroll a maximum of 40 students.  If the class exceeds the maximum limit a second class will be opened on Mondays at the same time.  Any dancer who wishes to enroll twice a week will receive a significant discount.
